Irish Setters
J. 3 (2ab)
1. Ashley-Turner & Smith’s Reddins Keats, This compact boy has good bone, strong loins and a good width of hindquarters. Nicely balanced with ample sternum, a straight front and nice tight feet. Well deserved his 1st place.
P/Grad. 3 (1ab)
BOB 1 Hopewell’s Davset It’s Now Or Never, Nicely balanced bitch with good angulated fore and hindquarters. Gently sloping topline to a well set on tail. Straight front and a good spring of ribs. Moved true both coming and going.
2 Whitelock’s Viana Red Niamh.
Open. 4.
1. Lewis’s Glenlaine The Bridegroom Among Valasarch, I loved this happy boy, true Irish temperament lashing his tail the whole time. Straight front with ample sternum, well ribbed and a strong topline, moved true fore and aft. As with most of the dogs, he was carrying a little excess weight
2. Whitelock’s Viana Red Ciaran.
3. Hopewell’s Davset Bonne De Fleur.
