Critique - Judge - Anne Needs
PUPPY (2 – 1A)
1. Williams’s. - Kirkavagh Wayward Lad.
Worthy of his win despite standing alone this seven month old male dog has a lovely head showing raised brow and stop, good dark eyes. Nice body proportions very much at his leggy stage, happy mover holding top line. B.P
JUNIOR (5 – 2 A)
1. Vatcher & Jones – Wynjill Farmers Boy.
This male dog had substance with a pleasing outline and with good bone. Handsome head with raised brow showing stop, deep muzzle in keeping with his head, dark eyes. Good clean neck leading into good shoulder angulations, straight front deep chest with good sternum, well ribbed and good body coverage, strong wide hind quarters with nice bend of stifle and second thigh, good muscle tone moved positively and soundly around the ring using a happy tail action. 2. Nicholls – Corrarragh Panama Jack.
His handler did really well showing him for the first time, this dog has time on his hands to fill and mature into his frame, moved well in a small ring preferred 1 for his compactness of body.
3. Brown’s – Havancourt Heavenly.
GRADUATE ( 10 – 3A)
1. Waterson’s – Lynwood Kissed by an Angel at Sandstream.
This bitch had super muscle well toned body and with good coat condition, has soft expression showing stop and raised brow and dark eyes, clean neck leading into well angulated shoulders with elbows in tight, deep chest prominent sternum. Good spring of rib and right body coverage showing off her feminine shape, good bend of stifle and second thigh, hock to heel low with nice tight and neat feet. High head carriage and lashing tail action shown on loose lead with movement sound and flowing with top line held firm. BOB. and First in the Gundog Group.
2. Pullen’s – Brinara Back for Good.
Presented a good overall outline preferred condition, muscle tone and presentation on first.
3. Nicholl’s – Cordarragh Panama Jack.
OPEN ( 5 – 1A)
1. Richardson’s – Kirkavagh the Minstral.
Tall male dog presenting a good outline, standing on neat feet masculine head good length of neck nice spring of rib, wide strong hind quarters excellent bend of stifle, movement sound and positive.
2. Pullen’s – Seowns Argyle.
3. Garrigan’s – Siochanna Tiaquin Tara Forever Knocknavarra.
