Irish Setters
P (4, 2)
Two gorgeous girls who could easily change places on another day.
1 Hall’s Shenanigan Star Drift At Glennara - Absolutely beautiful baby with a mischievous expression. So well balanced for her age, with good straight front, deep chest and gently sloping topline. She has good angulation front and rear and a lovely rich coloured coat. I will watch her future with interest. Just preferred her type over an equally nice bitch in second place BP.
2 Hyslop’s Gwendariff Whata Showgirl.
J (3)
1 Butler’s Gracewood Take By Storm Rubymoon - Lovely dog standing with flowing outline and deep, rich coloured coat. He has an appealing masculine head with a wistful expression. His construction is very good throughout with nice deep chest and straight front which is lacking in many. Really hope his movement settles with maturity.
2 Henson’s Millcroft Moon Gypsy For Tatsbro.
3 Walsh’s Millcroft Ballad Of The Moon.
Y (6, 2)
1 Glithero’s Coppershell Cazanovah - A dog who I did well as a puppy and I have not changed my mind about him. He possesses the most gorgeous head with a real melting expression. Well made all through with nicely arched neck flowing into clean shoulders and a gently sloping topline. Well angulated and standing on neat, cat-like feet, he moves with drive and coordination. He is very well handled - just felt he lacked the maturity for higher honours today.
2 Butler’s Gracewood Take By Storm Rubymoon .
3 Henson’s Millcroft Moon Gypsy For Tatsbro.
PG (5)
1 Stevenson’s Lochlorien Prime Suspect For Andley JW. A good, sound, honest bitch. This girl is well balanced throughout with each part flowing neatly into the next and nothing being overstated. Her gently sloping topline, correct angulation and well-set tail produce a clean outline which could not be overlooked today. She moves very well and was completely in tune with her handler. Just won over a nice bitch in second place who was lacking in maturity on the day. RBOB.
2 Waterton’s Lynwood Kissed By An Angel At Sandstream.
3 Walsh’s Millcroft Moon Shimmer.
O (5)
1 Butler’s Covarney Wait N See At Rubymoon. Such a shame this dog plays up when his handler tries to hold his head. Has a well balanced outline with good length of neck fitting smoothly into a gently sloping topline and finished with good tailset. He possesses a handsome head and expression and stands on neat feet. In excellent coat and condition. Moved with drive and coordination to beat two sound bitches, BOB.
2 Randle’s Rionore Bewitching Thyme.
3 Henson’s Withersdale First Lady For Tatsbro.
