There were multiple celebrations and a fond farewell party at Manchester Championship Show. Celebrations for Eva Ciechonska, owner of Sh.Ch. Caskeys Concept at Aoibheanne JW, the Top Stud Dog All Breeds in the Dog World Competition, Christine McLarnon owner of the Top winning Irish Setter in 2011 Sh.Ch./Ir/Sh/Ch. Northamber Just Cause at Glenavna JW, bred by Enid and Bruce Hinslea, (Dog World Competition). and Diane Stewart-Ritchie, Top Irish Setter Breeder 2011 and joint owner, with Cathy Neill, of the Top Irish Setter Bitch 2011. Sh.Ch./Ir.Sh.Ch. Gwendariff Rock Diva JW CW'10 (Dog World Competiton)
Joan Kniveton (2nd left)is shortly leaving the UK to live in Spain - on behalf of you all we send our warm wishes and wish her, and her husband Paul, every happiness in their new home.

A big thank you to everyone who organized and contributed to the joint "party" at Manchester Ch.Sh. especially Pat (Butler-Holley) and Becci (Danks-Kemish).
It was quite an emotional day for me and I was overwhelmed by everyone's kind wishes/ hugs/ and the card everyone signed.
I wish everyone in our lovely breed good health and happiness and great showing days.

It has taken 3 of us going through and deliberating and we cannot get past 4 so we have decided

1st: Santas Hat. All 3 of us had this as a top shortlist, exactly captures the spirit of both
setters and christmas. So much fun.
2nd: Headstudy Totally heartwarming and blends into her surroundings so well.
